AI turns the recording into a written story. Your family can then review the stories and add photos before finalizing the eBook.
The eBook purchase includes 52 daily questions and a digital book of the recorded stories and family photos. Once finalized, the book is available as a downloadable PDF that’s yours to keep. A printed book is not included.
The Vault is a separate subscription for storing and accessing the original recordings and photos, sharing them with family, and scheduling voice messages.

02·How it works
One question is sent each day after your loved one agrees to receive daily questions.
They can record an answer when it suits them and skip any question they prefer not to answer.
To record a story, they open the message, follow the link, and tap a large recording button. They don’t need to download an app, type an answer, or sign in.
Walking through the first question together can help them get comfortable.
They don’t need to prepare a speech or tell a perfect story. Encourage them to answer as if they were talking to someone they know.
A short memory is a good place to start, and they can skip any question that feels too personal.
Yes. The free demo lets you record an answer to a sample question and see how wiivv turns it into written content.
You can try the recording experience before purchasing. Your demo recording is deleted once the preview is generated.
Answering all 52 questions at one per day takes about two months. You can follow the stories on your dashboard as they come in and finalize the book when you’re ready.
For a birthday or another special occasion, we recommend starting two to three months ahead to allow time for recordings, photos, and family review.
03·Payment and pricing
The eBook costs $69.99 as a one-time purchase per storyteller—the person whose life stories you’re recording.
The optional Vault subscription costs $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year per storyteller. Photo restoration, additional family members, and question replacements are available for an additional charge. These are USD reference prices; applicable taxes may be added. See Pricing for your regional estimate and checkout for the final total.
No. Once you’ve downloaded your finished eBook, the PDF is yours to keep without a subscription.
The Vault subscription is for continued access to hosted recordings and photos, family sharing, and scheduled voice messages.
The Vault: You can cancel through your dashboard or by emailing support@wiivv.io. Canceling stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of your paid billing period.
Refunds: Eligibility and refund amounts depend on your purchase and how far the service has progressed. Please see our Refund Policy for the conditions that apply, including restrictions once eBook production begins. To request a refund, email support@wiivv.io with your order details.

Your stories are not publicly listed. You can share The Vault with family through a sharing link.
Anyone with that link can view the shared content without signing in, so share it only with people you trust. If needed, you can replace the link through your dashboard to disable the previous one. See our Privacy Policy for details about storage, access, and data protection.
05·Special situations
Family members can access the digital eBook and The Vault from different countries. The dashboard and guides are available in English, Korean, and Japanese.
